Certified Yoga Instructor (200 hours RYT; Yin Levels 1 and 2)


I began to practice yoga 10+ years ago and discovered it to be an excellent complement to my lifelong fitness journey.  I quickly realized that a 60-minute vinyasa yoga practice 3 times a week promotes strength, tone, balance, and flexibility.  I have also discovered the outstanding advantages in everyday situations, by using yoga breathing techniques!

Currently I teach vinyasa and Yin for ALL levels.  In my classes, which I have been teaching for over 5 years, I have provided instructions for alternate poses and an atmosphere that allows every yogi an exceptionally positive experience.  My goal is to provide a practice that challenges your strength and endurance while offering freedom and flexibility to express yourself at a personal level.
